Position: Technical Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • ●    Technical Sales Manager will take responsibility for a specific sales territory with existing customers       and an annual sales target.
    • ●    You are independently expanding our customer group in order to increase our market share.
      • ●    You identify decision-makers at potential customers and convince them via social media, in telephone       as well as personal appointments to consider our solutions
        • ●    Support and manage sales efforts of channel partners within the territory of responsibility.
          • ●    You understand the challenges of the customers: You are focusing yourself on market developments       and trends and ensure strategic customers development and expansion with our products.
            • ●    Together with the sales team, you will carry out sales campaigns in a structured manner. You will       cooperate closely with our marketing team.
              • ●    At trade fairs you will support the team in acquiring new customers.
                • ●    You will act professionally in contract negotiations and independently follow up on the status of       negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • ●    You already have professional experience at least for 5 years in the area of "Technical Sales" of       RF/MW field or you have been able to demonstrate your sales talent in other ways.
  • ●    You have a university degree in a business-related or technical subject
    • ●    You have already achieved demonstrable sales success and built up a network at decision-maker       level thanks to your strong will to perform and succeed.
      • ●    Overall you convince with good communication skills, diplomatic skills, technical know-how as well as       assertiveness and radiate this through a sovereign and professional manner.
  • ●    Very good language skills in English. German and Chinese language skills are welcome.
  • ●    Work location is Germany or the US.
